Complete a City of Marble Falls job application.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma, or a G.E.D. certificate.
Hold a Class “C” Driver’s License or higher from Texas Department of Public Safety, or ability to obtain a Texas License before designated hire date if from out of state.

· Has successfully completed a structural firefighter training course approved by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection (TCFP) or is eligible to attain Basic Structural Firefighter certification through the TCFP

· Emergency Medical Technician-Basic certification through the Texas Department of State Health Services (TDSHS).

Complete the Physical Performance Assessment.
Complete Oral Interviews.
Pass a Physical Examination.
Successful completion of Drug Test and Background Investigation
